What we build

Inbound answering

Every call answered instantly — after hours, at peak load, without hold queues.

Routing & intent

Callers reach the right place through intent handling, not phone trees.

Appointment handling

Booking, rescheduling, and reminders straight into your calendar or CRM.

Disclosed automation

Agents identify themselves as automated in the first sentence — always.

Human fallback

Transfer rules with context passed along, plus designed after-hours behavior.

Recording & transcripts

Recording with appropriate disclosure and deliberate retention settings.

What you get

  • Inbound voice agent: greeting with disclosure, intent handling, routing, and appointment booking.
  • Human fallback design: transfer rules, warm handoff with context, and after-hours behavior.
  • Call recording and transcription with appropriate disclosure and retention settings.
  • Integration with your calendar, CRM, or telephony provider.
  • Test scenarios covering accents, interruptions, silence, and edge cases before go-live.

How it runs

01

Scope

We define which call types the agent owns — it transfers rather than improvises outside them.

02

Design

Call flows, disclosure, fallback, and recording rules reviewed before a single dial.

03

Test

Accents, interruptions, silence, and edge cases exercised before go-live.

04

Run

Monitored conversations with review sampling and escalation tuning.

Scope & constraints

  • Voice agents announce themselves as automated; we do not build systems meant to pass as human.
  • Recording and outbound calls carry legal requirements that differ by region — we flag obligations, but legal review is yours.
  • We scope the agent to defined call types. It transfers rather than improvises outside them.
  • Telephony carriers and regions vary; we confirm coverage for your numbers before committing to a design.

Questions

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes — the agent discloses itself within the first sentence, every call. We don't build systems meant to pass as human.

What if the caller needs a person?

Asking for a human is a first-class path: warm transfer with full context, or a designed callback flow when nobody is available.

Is call recording legal?

Recording rules differ by jurisdiction — some require all-party consent. We build disclosure in by default and flag obligations; the legal review is yours.
